He was very responsive, and during our search I was constantly updated on new properties and details on properties I was interested in. He was always pleasant and never complained about all my early morning and late night phone calls.We finally found the right place, that is when Matt negotiated a better price than I could imagine, as well as terms that met my unique needs. I do not have a scanner and Matt was able to send me all the documents electronically and sign everything via e-signature.The transaction was complicated due to the fact I was using seller financing, and I had no experience with seller financing. Lucky for me, Matt is an expert in seller financing and walked me through the process while keeping me informed throughout. I have used Matt for my past Real Estate needs and I also referred him to my father when he recently moved to California from Michigan. The move and whole situation with the mortgage lenders made for a very stressful time, thankfully we had Matt on our side and he was able to work with some very difficult sellers to get us extra time when the lender bailed out at the last minute. Not only did he get us extra time he was able to offer up other lenders and sure enough his recommendation came through with flying colors. The whole experience was exceptional. I would rate Matt Bryant 5 stars for his Real Estate service. Matt assisted me in purchasing a ranch property in Northern California. Not only did he assist me throughout the process, he traveled to Northern California with me. He took a weekend of his own time and paid his own way. The other agents up there could not believe that he traveled all the way up there with me. Matt was able to find many properties for us to view that fit my paramenaters. He did not stop there, I was amazed at the amount of research he put into each of the properties we visited. He knew the zoning for the parcels, he knew the last sale prices, and lastly he knew well depths in the areas that we looked. That only saved me thousands of dollars. Simply put, Matt is an exceptional Real Estate Agent. He has showed me countless homes over the past 12 months. Matt is very knowledgable about the Vista, CA area. Matt also has a great abiltiy to multi-task, while making you feel very comfortable that you are his only client.
